qa/ubuntu/xenial/juju/2.0.0/revision/214 - in which the juju-2.0.conf
file has the settings identified and dropped into /usr/lib/sysctl.d.
Unfortunately, this only
Debdiff with updated version string now that I'm comfortable with the

Hello
In the /etc/apt/apt.conf.d/10periodic file I set:
APT::Periodic::Enable "0"
to disable update/upgrade script.
This stopped the generation of cache files.
Still nothing is recorded in the apt log files.

There is a disconnect between Ubuntu distribution and upstream distribution
(me). Ubuntu will not, repeat will not, allow changes that add
functionality, or upgrade the version number of a product in a
distribution. I can't live with that, so my distribution version changes
with every release.
