I found the problem.
The culprit is the packet grub2-theme-mint. Last version 1.2.2
When I remove this packet grub initrd works fine with the new kernels.

I could not give the faulty kernel because I could not boot!
But it is not a kernel problem because I can boot with SuperGrub.
So its some problem with grub or the config.
When entering grub commands manually grub freeze on the initrd command.

HPLIP , but the conflict with ippusbxd on USB device claiming.
Auto configure usb printers is nice but we can live on 20.04 without it.

This should really be fixed on LTS 20.04 as there is no simple
workaround for the user

Quelque fois à la sortie de LibreOffice mon bureau perd des icones. Je sais
maintenant comment revenir à un bureau complet mais j'aimerais une solution
permanente. Pour refaire le bureau , je fais Alt+F2 et je tape r . Tout
revient à la normale.
Comment régler ça définitivement ?

Currently when installing Ubuntu , the default admin belongs to several
essential groups :

But when adding a user from GCC , the new admin user will only belong to :
