Public bug reported:
The libsys-virt-perl package currently in Wily proposed [1] fails to
build from source [2]. It fails because it depends on libvirt-daemon,
and this package is not available in Ubuntu.
The libvirt source package is packaged directly in Ubuntu [3], but the
version available in
TFTP_ADDRESS="0.0.0.0:69"
worked for me on 14.04. The other workaround of: "start on (filesystem
and net-device-up IFACE!=lo)" did not help at all.
