In testing the split greeter silo, I'm seeing an occasional (1 in 20
boots?) crash in cgmanager, which sometimes also causes problems
starting a pam session for the greeter.
Here's the stacktrace I've got:

mentioned file - libfdt_env.h - is included by the main libfdt.h too,
even in version 1.3, so if libfdt_env.h is missing, libfdt-dev is simply

Here is a patch I use to compile the open-vm-tools modules on trusty
(linux 3.12). It's a mix of a patch I found on the internet [0] and some
changes for uid_t -> kuid_t and gid_t -> kgid_t based on information I
found in the linux headers. So it would be good if someone familiar with

What's the maintenance story with libdumbnet? It is orphaned in Debian
and seems slightly bitrotten. For example, the configure check for
libcheck doesn't look in a multiarch directory (not that it matters, we
disregard test results, but it's a sign of negelect).

I seem to have the same problem after upgrading to 13.10. Even after
completly removing ZendServer (which has apache and php) and
reinstalling the error still comes

You have to manually kill the "squid-coord-X" process. Therefore, extra
rework is needed in /etc/init/squid3.
That's all I have for the moment. Better workarounds and solutions are
welcome! I'll post more if I have any.

although you can configure that yourself as well. It might also make
sense to ping an IP before we delete its lease.
