I solved my problem by changing my home folder permissions :
Before :
rem...@nkbp:~$ ls -l /home/
drwxr--r-- 99 rems14 rems14 12288 2009-04-24 19:50 rems14
Now :
rem...@nkbp:~$ ls -l /home/
drwxr-xr-x 99 rems14 rems14 12288 2009-04-24 19:50 rems14

I upgrade to Jaunty today but there is always this problem.
I discovered that when I share an folder that is not in my home directory
(/var/www/share for exemple), it's work fine !
I search why, but... I don't find !

Must be something else I miss. Like I said, I can successfully create shares
with your configuration under Intrepid.
If you plan to upgrade to Jaunty, keep us posted if the problem persists.

I've tried unsuccessfully to reproduce the setup, works for me under Intrepid.
Just to be sure, could you please give me the output of the following command:
testparm -v -s | grep usershare
Then you can uncomment (by removing leading ";") the following line in
/etc/samba/smb.conf:
