I picked medium instead of high because (1) it is easily avoidable, and
(2) the system continues to run. So I didn't feel this fell into the category
of 'critical to a small number of users'. If you feel otherwise, I can be

1. does this happen whether or not you've run a kvm vm?
2. can you give us the contents of your libcgroup config files?
