I'm curious if anyone knows what the extra 'half' lane on Chestnut street between 38th and 34th is for?  It starts at 38th street on the right side of the street with diagonal lines painted across it and then the diagonal lines disappear.  Its not wide enough for a car to drive down it comfo

I know! Isn't that thing awful?!! It's clearly marked as a normal driving lane, but there's no way a car could fit in it. People from around here are used to it for the most part, I guess, but heaven help an out-of-towner who's not familiar with it. Talk about an accident waiting to happen

It looks to me like this is a bike lane that was never finished...I personally don't think that it's "clearly marked" as a normal driving lane, given the diagonal lines that start out at the beginning of each block. I guess I'm a bit biased, however, since some idiot ripped off my rearview mir
