for me "Picture" is a bit confusing.
We have "Image" for bitmaps, "Graphic" for vector graphics of a certain type
and now we might have "Picture" for all kinds of elements.
However "Picture" is easily confused with "Image" or "Graphic" for a newcomer.

When I was writing the code to format the description part of the docs (for the
Dash docset stack) I was reminded by Monte (I think) of this.

this something I suspect as well.
As there are a zillion different Android devices with different performance
capabilities one has to use the belt and suspenders. In January I will be
