Hello
What is the plan/Status for Tungsten OpenSDN plugin with Cloudstack?
Seems there is no option to enable in 4.20, and the bug
https://github.com/apache/cloudstack/issues/7771
shows as unplanned.
Does anyone in the community have had the opportunity to use it effectively?
Thank you very mu
Hello Mercado,
The VR under the default NAT configuration will have a Source NAT IP to which
your isolated network will get translated to, and external networks will see
that IP when any resources in the isolated network attempt to reach. This is
the same case with Static NAT. You may solve th
Hi Guys,
Sorry, I did more reading. I thought macvtap was a feature in OpenvSwitch but
it’s not.

Thanks Suresh for volunteering, let's review and discuss the timeline again in

Hi Daan,
Can we start a different thread cutting a new RC on 4.19.2.0, if those fixes
accepted in 4.19 branch (after RC1) must make into 4.19.2.0? Please also
specify the RC number on the subject to avoid confusions, thanks.

Hey Guys,
Does anyone have any experience using OpenVSwitch with Cloudstack? Is it
actively maintained?
We are using native bridges now with KVM.
Have some scenarios where we need to accelerate the networking in our cloud.

Hi Team,
I am currently managing a CloudStack setup with *four KVM hosts*, and I
need clarification on how *CPU cores* are calculated within the CloudStack
dashboard.
*Current Setup:*
- I have *four KVM hosts* configured.

I upgraded from 4.19 to 4.20 as well but preserved the files, as I would
normally do as well with other packages.
Haven’t run into any issues still as of yet.

Hi,
I tested OVS some weeks ago.
OVS with VLAN isolation works well in my testing. There are some issues
when tested OVS with GRE isolation.
Similar concern as Wido, does OVS increase the network performance ?

Hi everyone,
I'm setting up a CloudStack 4.19.1 environment and ran into an issue I
can't seem to solve.
* I have an *Isolated* network called *Vms*
* I have a *Shared* network called *Storage*
* I need the *Vms* network to be able to access the *Storage* network
through the Virtual Rout
Hello Suresh, all
I'm +1 with you as RM for 4.21.
Regarding the schedule, for the project's standards, it is an early
release with only 6 months apart from the last minor (our average is
around 9 months if I'm not mistaken). However, I'm for it, I believe
that a shorter release cycle would be
Hi Wei Zhou,
OVS with VLAN is okay for us, we dont need GRE. Did Wido send an email? I
didn’t receive it...
We were thinking of accelerating the network by using a kernel bypass
functionality of our Network Card.
The network cards documentation states we can do so by using ‘KVM Libvirt
