I have assigment to configure kannel (1.1.6) to work in next manners...
(I'm currently working under Linux (mdk 8.2)).
One kannel with TC35 Siemens modem which is used as smsc trough "at2"
interface, but this same kannel needs to be able to

After trying kannel at 6 different machines, I've found out that kannel is
quite messy with initializing a serial port.

I'm experiencing some strange problems here with using kannel...
If I use "E-plus" card on kannel and send message to GPS reciever connected
with a phone " AT*GETSPOS, IMEI" , then I got response back with lat and
longitude OK.

This is what I experience in non related intervals...
sometimes even three "sms received" calls are in, and then this command fails
AT+CMMS=2
so... did someone experienced this before, and maybe know solution...
I think this is becouse our TC

sorry for stupid question before..
I've found out that AT+CMMS=2 means for quicker sending of messages...
Some kind of queue or buffering in modem.
But obviously TC-35 does NOT support it...
And now, I want to set validity period to be just 1
