Hi, I am trying to send pound '£' symbol through kannel using charset=utf8&coding=0 but getting '@£' on the handset. But when I set coding=2, message properly '£' landed on the handset. But doing this I am wasting half of the sms capacity as pound symbol is defined in the default 7bit GSM 03.38.
