I have an odd problem when doing unit tests.
In production we have a bunch of EJB JAR files and a bunch of app
library dependencies.
The one library specifically causes a cyclic dependency. Which is
fine, since it's a runtime dependency and doesn't need to have it
compiled against. So ever
