I think I just hit the exact same issue with a Sandisk Crusier Blade 4GB USB stick. I bought 4 of them to try and setup a test system (before we commit to real hardware) and at least 2 of them failed with both 2.2 and 2.3 ovirt isos being copied using dd from a mac. I copied to a old 8gb "Stro
