Hey guys,
since a week or two all my mail servers are receiving a massive amount
of emails which passes by all my rules in SA (even Bayes doesn't stand a
chance as the content is written to good).
I wondered if somebody else has this problem and has some advice
regarding rules.

Is there another plugin which can achieve persistent db connections? Or some
clues to fix the abovementioned issues?

Hi guys,
some days ago I started deploying spamassassin in a load balanced
environment (though no real lb but round robin DNS lb with spamc's -d

some days ago I started deploying spamassassin in a load balanced

Hi,
I've wondered when the new spamassassin release will be in the debian apt
repository.
Does anyone know anything about it?

Christoph
Hi folks,
so after I've setup the config files from the source archive and setting
LC_MESSAGES to de_DE.ISO8859-1 it works. Thanks for help.

Hi,
nobody any idea. It's very silly that the report is on english even when I
have the german 30_text_de.cf in my /usr/share/spamassassin directory.

Hi,
even when I change the LANG setting to de_DE.ISO-8859-1 I get an english
report. What else could I do?

Hi,
I've noticed a strange behaviour with SA 3.1 running on my debian machine.
Before reboot every spamreport was on german. After reboot it was in
english. How could I say spamassassin always to use the german report not
the english one?

Hi,
I've tried to upgrade to SA 3.1 on my Debian Sarge. But there is no Debian
package avalable. Neither in Sarge nor in Sid... When that package is via
apt available?

Christoph

Hi,
I'm trying to get the following command to work:
pyzor_options --homedir=/var/qmail/vpopmail/.spamassassin in local.cf.
But everytime when I start spamassassin --lint -D I get the following error:
config: SpamAssassin failed to parse line,
--homedir=/var/qmail/vpopmail/.spamassassin" is not

Hi,
I'm using spamassassin with qmail, vpopmail and qmail-scanner.
My baysian database is located at /var/qmail/vpopmail/.spamassassin.
When I manually try to synch or train the database the sa-learn program
creates a new database at /root/.spamassassin. Even when I start
sa-learn with --username
