try changing property="satisfactoryPerformance" to something that
isn't a literal binding like property="ognl:propertyName".
Specifying just "satisfactoryPerformance" may make it think you want
to use a string literal value of "satisfactoryPerformance" which would
indeed be immutable and not someth
