Thank you Tod again, for being an awesome developer! That's what we
were thinking, but just wanted to make sure!! What about multi
tasking thing? Is it good with voiceover? Just curious! Keep on
sharing your experiences! We greatly appreciate your help. Thanks!

I was actually thinking that myself. I have 7 aps right now that I don't
update for that very reason.

I would be surprised if the bit rate in iTunes Radio will be very high
since they want you to download the track from the iTunes store. We
shall see.

Yes I certainly hope that there is an auto toggle feature that you can turn on
off because I'm having to use a version of an app that was out about a year
ago, because the current version of that app is not accessible.

I was wondering if something in the NDA for Apple has changed, because I've
seen tweets from folks who normally say 0 about stuff they're testing. Not lots
of info in the tweets, but still, one made reference to something specific
about accessibility in ios7, and I've seen several posts on
HI Mary,
None of this is the point.
Y'all were simply asked two things;
• Don't post NDA protected material here
• Do not continue / add to this thread.
It's very simple. This list has always honored Apple NDAs and those of other
companies and individuals as well. So Posting any protected

Sieghard,
Yes
I wonder if the auto update that is coming in ios 7 is a toggle, or will we be
stuck with it? Given the number of apps that break accessibility when they get
updated, audo update sounds like it could be a problem if it can't be turned
off.
Love the new siri voices. I wonder what they are. And
I should think the auto updater will be a toggle since well you can
imagine the consequences of auto updating over 3G or other cellular data
connections.

I also suspect it'll be a toggle, but I also assume it'll only work via
wifi or at least that will be the default.

Sieghard,
Yes, iTunes match is now more attractive to me as well. Good-bye Pandora. I
won't be resubscribing to pandora 1 if itunes radio turns out to be as good as
it seems like it could be. And I do hope you are right about the auto update
being user selectable.
I was expecting to hear about
Speculating here, but we will probably hear more about accessibility
improvements when we get closer to the official launch of iOS 7, or
even on the day of. Though it would be good to find out about these at
the keynote, it is not something that the mainstream masses want to
know about. In other
I may subscribe to iTunes Match as well just for the ad free iTunes
Radio when it becomes available. Big music fan I am so am hugely excited
about this.

I was under the impression that itunes Radio was just going to be part of the
Music app. I did get interrupted while listening to the Keynote, but I missed
anything that said you had to subscribe to iTunes Match to get the iTune radio.

HI. Oh so if we don't pay for itunes match we can still listen to itunes radio
only with adds? well that's ok. At least those of us who can't afford it will
not miss out.

It is part of the music app. However, in order to receive the service without
ads, you will need to subscribe to iTunes match.

According to what I got from the keynote, iTunes radio sounds a lot like
Pandora. You can make custom stations and buy music, naturally, from within the
app. You can also use any number of stations that the apple music team has
already designed. You can skip songs. So it is definitely more than
Hi,
Thanks for that info, unfortunately it doesn't sound like a Spotify killer,
that i was hoping for. Spotify is fine on the iPhone, but dodgy on the PC. I
was hoping apples offering would be similar to Spotify thus giving better PC
access.
Oh well, we will just have two wait MCI guess.
