OOUI textInputWidgets have resize:none by default. We could override that, but
given that the whole panel is fairly small and non-dynamic, I don't see much
benefit.

I am inclined to close this in favor of bug 64713. I agree that it would be
good to be able to read the text without copypasting it into a notebook. I
