Talk to Tim Starling about this stuff. Make sure the 2.7 Squid is patched with
the Wikimedia patchsets or things won't work as well as you'd expect.

Domas, this is a custom client. Originally the Accept-Encoding string was

On the toolserver there's a tool that's accessed about 70 times per minute, and
every time it fetches a page from the Amsterdam Squids without an
