Hi Lewis We certainly do not publish documents with any form of signature on them, as can be seen with our Annual Accounts which have the text version of the signatories’ names. The minutes do not require a signature for approval so this does not apply here. I’m not suggesting that a seasoned

To be fair minutes for meetings shouldn’t be able to be edited by general editors anyway. I don’t really understand the issue you’ve described Deryck, but minutes of AGMs are legal documents that we need auditors and the membership to approve, so it’d be grand if edits can be suggested to a memb
