You don't need rectifiers. Just buy a 48 vdc brick supply. there are
tons of manufacturers making these. less than $75.

I've used their sdsl kids since '98 and the t-1 extenders (no router
needed) since 2001 or so. Maybe 2002. They are the original Net to Net
products. Good stuff.
