My is working except that when the install program first starts, the Next
button on the Welcome dialog does not display the underline below the N. The
underlines appear only after I use the accelerate key. Is there any way to make
the underlines appear by default?

Your isn't working like that already? Well, it's a simple fix, but may
be needed in quite a few places. In the following example the & in
front of the character you want to use as the hotkey should do the
trick.
