This is a maintainance release of libXcm, the X11 Color Management
library. The package contains some build and protocol improvements.
Changes Overview:
* support for automake-1.12 (Jan Engelhardt)
* support build dir != source dir (Jean-Sébastien Pédron)
* add XcmConfig.cmake
* add make debian
