(313) track id
a long shot, but some members on this list from ireland and britain may remember this: http://www.discogs.com/release/226688 the last track on the mix is credited to dave angel and called 'handle with care'. i know there is a double 12 by that name but not a specific track. can anyone familiar with this mix help? it's a tune that i remember being played by one of my favourite djs in a long-gone club in dublin. thanks, aidan

Enough good things cannot be said about these two records. If i had to pick one track, it would be the ritual. All fours tracks rock the boat. Its been so long since we heard from the subject detroit camp, then bone releases 6 eps of his own material within months and one from juan to boot. Francis - I would do a search but give it significant time to come up with results. Let it sit and search for a few hours. If you still don't find what you're looking for try it again in a couple of days or another week. I've done searches for stuff and one week it's not there - the next it is. MEK Thomas D. (313) [netrelease] ronny pries - distant paths - _rf041
[_info] _rohformat resident president ronny pries returns to take us down 'distant paths'. a journey into rhythm and space so naturally lucid in his style that my stomache's current rolling and growling of hunger easily identifies with the relationships of the sound rolling over each other and the great tension inside. it's almost uncanny how it happens.. as i think of food, my stomach rotates in perculated rhythm. much is same way that rp's music cycles around each other when his bass, synths and minimalist elements present themselves to the percussive dominance. traveling each path, each part, each element of focus and influencing whats next. come eat some detroit techno. http://www.rohformat.de or download: ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/music/groups/bmp/rohformat/_rf041a-ronny_pries-distant_paths_part_i.mp3 ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/music/groups/bmp/rohformat/_rf041b-ronny_pries-distant_paths_part_ii.mp3 ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/music/groups/bmp/rohformat/_rf041c-ronny_pries-distant_paths_part_iii.mp3 ftp://ftp.scene.org/pub/music/groups/bmp/rohformat/_rf041d-ronny_pries-distant_paths_part_vi.mp3 infotext by [EMAIL PROTECTED]://one.dot9.ca feedback welcome!!! cheers, ronny

RE: (313) tons of tones
The best thing about soulseek for me is not in finding lots of well known stuff (like nirvana) but being able to find lesser known stuff that I can't find on any other p2p network. Try typing something 313 related in soulseek and then try it on another more well known network (perhaps like Limewire or something) and compare the differences. Then you'll see when everyone here talks it up.
