RE: (313) CC on DFA
What a nice way to debase this beautiful musical artform into just-in-time, have-it-your-way consumer bull$itt. I guess we get what we deserve with all this mp3 download crap. Have we gone from art-lovers to !#*@ consumers as mr. italo might say? -Original Message- From: Simon Hindle [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Thursday, May 11, 2006 10:11 PM To: 313@hyperreal.org Subject: Re: (313) CC on DFA But you see this is what's so good about the death of vinyl... these days when purchasing MP3s you just buy the mixes/tracks you like. It's great! Records are lame anyway. *ducks* Thomas D. WHAT MAKES ME MAD IS WHEN A TRACK COMES OUT ON A DOUBLE PACK OF REMIXES, NOT ALLOWING ME TO CHOOSE THE ONES I WANT. UNLIKE FOR EXAMPLE THE INNERZONE ORCHESTRA REMIXES OF PEOPLE MAKE THE WORLD GO ROUND. I ONLY WANTED THE KDJ MIX SO I ONLY BOUGHT ONE OF THE 12S. ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. WITH THIS SET I HAVE NO CHOICE BUT TO PAY FOR CRAPOLA THAT I DONT WANT AND THAT IS WACK. UNDERSTAND NOW? tom
