I'm looking forward big time to the M500 remixes, but I think vantage isle
IS something special. There are some very nice moments on there; my fave
being actually the all too short SpaceCho dub, which takes me straight back

the only joint on there that i love is the echospace glacial mix,
which is basically just an ambient cut. im not trying to pay $40 or
whatever for just that.

Of course the convextion remix is dope, in a very transmat feel sort of way.

its nice, but not as outstanding as most of his recent original works.

While you're on the blower on this subject can we have an update on something
you said in April and I've had flagged since:

there is another e.r.p. coming later on frustrated funk as well. also the
e.r.p. dLVEXT2 will be re-pressed this summer with new
mastering

what's the situation on these 2 releases?

That's awesome given my white vinyl copy sounds like crap.

they had black pressings of starlight available at submerge over the

How did I miss this? :(

I guess I wasn't looking.

I'll look for the release somewhere.

(313) more interviews from DEMF.

2007-07-03 Thread vergel
I posted the remaining 2 interviews from time in DEMF online. Thought
you guys might appreciate them. Over the course of the day I not only
interviewed Aaron Carl but also dj Di'jital and Anthony shake
Shakir... It was a manic day of promoting my zine
(http://www.Assembler.TV) and then trying to meet up with these guys
for a quick interview.

So if you've got a sec. and want to check em out:

http://www.lx7.ca/?q=node/355 - dj Di'jital on Oldschool tracks and samplers

http://www.lx7.ca/?q=node/357 - Camera Chaos with Anthony Shakir and
Claude Young

And if you know of any promoters in Toronto, tell them to book
Shake... he asked me to pass that along.
