Re: (313) Stupidly pricy multi-disk releases just got even stupider
Yeah...I bet a lot of people said that about this too! http://www.discogs.com/release/13667 Who would want to spend $40 on alreay released songs by this guy...ummm...I would! I personally think it is nice that it was put on 4 12 instead of 2. I hate how quiet LPs sound, but I see the point. Why not release them as 4 seperate 12 instead. Might be able to make more money that way. --- Tristan Watkins [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: Tom had a thing up on his ISM blog the other day about multi-pack releases of Deep Chord stuff, etc recently. http://www.juno.co.uk/products/281395-01.htm 4x12 Jus Ed colaboration thingy. This is getting out of control! I mean, at £28 I won't even bother listening to the clips. Tristan === [EMAIL PROTECTED] http://www.phonopsia.co.uk Shape Yahoo! in your own image. I personally think it is nice that it was put on 4 12 instead of 2. I hate how quiet LPs sound, but I see the point. but thats not what its about. Why not release them as 4 seperate 12 instead. Might be able to make more money that way. that is what it is about. it's one thing i liked about theo's rotating assembly album: you could just buy the ones you liked. i prefer things being on 12 press, so breaking albums up like that works for me. tom
Re: (313) UR fans taking it to far / new UR's / r-a-d plug
GPO would have used Wylers instead of Kool Aid...only then would it be totally outrageous. --- Martin Dust [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: He always wanted to be the new Jim Jones...
