Well, all that dancing - using up energy and calories - add a touch of alcohol and maybe vitamin c-busting smoking, possibly not getting enough sleep for 48 hours (and all this is just the 'radio version') can leave the immune system vulnerable, plus in a place like Detroit, you need a strong one (I understand) ... but I would happily trade anyone the experience of being there for their sickness!
