Re: (313) Cyrus Remixes
they are really not so accurate as you hoped they would be... and when you even try to correct things, you get annoying remarks like "not valid info" etc etc etc - Original Message - From: "Thomas D. RE: (313) Cyrus Remixes
Discogs is sh!t and there's loads of inaccuracies. It's far more plausible that Discogs f***ed up, than BC having a trance record out. -Original Message- From: Ken Odeluga [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, August 09, 2004 1:25 PM To: Robert Taylor; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Org Subject: RE: (313) Cyrus Remixes So 'obvious' that the information was entered incorrectly Rob! >-Original Message- >From: Robert Taylor [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Sent: Monday, August 09, 2004 3:22 PM >To: Ken Odeluga; [EMAIL PROTECTED] Org >Subject: RE: (313) Cyrus Remixes > > >It's quite obvious that Cyrus & The Joker are NOT BC! > >-Original Message- >From: Ken Odeluga [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >Sent: Monday, August 09, 2004 1:14 PM >To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Org >Subject: (313) Cyrus Remixes > > >Idly browsing discogs I notice that Cyrus is credited for remixes of a pile >of non-baisc channel records. > >Remixes by Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus appear to be uncommon and >some of these: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Cyrus > >appear in somewhat dodgy context: 'Creamfields' double cd is bad enough but >'Trance Nation'?! It's quite obvious that Cyrus & The Joker are NOT BC! -Original Message- From: Ken Odeluga [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: Monday, August 09, 2004 1:14 PM To: [EMAIL PROTECTED] Org Subject: (313) Cyrus Remixes Idly browsing discogs I notice that Cyrus is credited for remixes of a pile of non-baisc channel records. Surely not?! And that was from 2000, so it's less likely we are talking about a trance which we here, could still find something worthwhile in ... incorrect information on discogs? Re: (313) Cyrus Remixes
Surely this is simply a case of there being another (trance) artist calling themselves Cyrus, but not getting added as a separate artist on Discogs' database... (313) Cyrus Remixes
Idly browsing discogs I notice that Cyrus is credited for remixes of a pile of non-baisc channel records. Remixes by Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus appear to be uncommon and some of these: http://www.discogs.com/artist/Cyrus appear in somewhat dodgy context: 'Creamfields' double cd is bad enough but 'Trance Nation'?! Surely not?! And that was from 2000, so it's less likely we are talking about a trance which we here, could still find something worthwhile in ... incorrect information on discogs? Not unheard of ... k
