last time I saw mills in detroit was at berlin 2. The lineup was. jeff mills mike huckaby BMG rob hood terrance dixon. Can anyone tell me what Mike Huckaby is up too, has/is he releasing any records soon/lately? Does he play out much, if so what's he like? Whose BMG?.. matter of fact am I being stupid; But what does BMG stand for? Is it the same BMG as Damon.Zwirn.BMG whose on this list? Cos' I see this BMG a lot of places related to music, does it stand for a general term? Please help a slightly confused list member! TIA Laters, WorkZ

BMG is short for Brendan Gillen of the band Ectomorph and the label Interdimensional Transmissions out of Ann Arbor Michigan. His nickname is BMG because his full name is Brendan M Gillen III. Just saw Mike for a short while at Motor on Tuesday, switching it up between housey tracks I'd never heard and a techno tracks I couldn't quite place. All spun with grace, finesse, and confidence. That's a recommendation for his DJ sets, by the way. Unsure what the release schedule looks like. Whose BMG?.. matter of fact am I being stupid; But what does BMG stand for? Bass-Manic Gangsta? Cos' I see this BMG a lot of places related to music, does it stand for a general term? Everyone recognizes BMG as the entertainment conglomerate Bertelsmann Music Group.
