I just stumbled onto this review of it on the Overload site last night:

2002-12-11 - Single STAKKER 'Eurotechno' (Rephlex)
Most people will recognise Stakker and immediately think of Humanoid and the
alltime classic Stakker Humanoid. Well, Stakker is pioneering video artist
Mark McLean who originally teamed up with Brian Dougans (Humanoid and half
of FSOL) on this work that originally soundtracked an early foray into the
art of visual stimulation. Rephlex have painstakingly tracked down the
original video and remastered this lost treasure for a new generation to
enjoy. For the record this is original acid rave UK style, a listen to this
shows you what the likes of Kosmik Kommando and Squarepusher were brought up
on. There is an art to getting funk out of a small silver box and a lot of
today's artists could learn from this. It reminds me of a time of innocence
and enthusiasm and a feeling that electronic music could go anywhere. For
all the acid teds and heds out there, and for anyone who loved the original
Stakker Humanoid this is a document of those fresh and exciting times. MH
