on the list on and off since '97/'98 I think. Mainly lurking I guess. Made
the trip to Detroit back in 2001 and met a few folk. Like others have
mentioned, with family life etc I'm not so fussed about digging for tracks
or late nights. Not much happens out here in the Scottish Highlands anyway.
The recent RubaDub 20th party in Paisley was my 1st night out in the city
in years as my evenings are more like kids story, glass of laphroaig,
sp1200.

I've only been here a year or two at most, most of that's been spent lurking.
Living in Nagoya, Japan and pretty healthy scene here, also the guys running
'Audi' @ Mago have had over Andres and Theo Parrish within the last few months.

Subscribed since around 1997 or '98 but lurking for most of the current
century. Based in Brooklyn since 1989, but steeped in the Detroit area for the
two decades before that.

Subbed first time sometime in early to mid-1990s from London - the memory is
not what it was.

Re-subbed in December 2000 from London.

Lurked for latest Metroplex, KMS, Transmat, Planet-e, M-Plant, etc release info
and BC seen going into the studio @ hardwax recently. And off to Fat Cat
Records at least once a week to hunt them down.

Still get the good stuff here but it is much quieter these days - miss the
daily fix of informative posts - like a dialogue about Hamilton Bohannon and
his music. Well at least there are less flame wars these days.
