I have the technology, and I wanted to do my own. I also figured out the rumkin.com uploader, which gets around the annoying hobbling Sprint put in my way. What kind of phone do you have? I don't see how you can't just download an MP3 through the web browser on your phone. That is how I managed to get all my Super Mario ring tones.
