The record broke because Rich snatched it up from the turntable and smashed it. Yes, I did a couple of those remixes and said at the time that there frankly was no point in doing a remix because the track was perfect as it was. But Mark insisted. telepathic regards, fRED on 12/11/02 2:15 PM, JMG at [EMAIL PROTECTED] wrote: > The remixes are good, but they don't approach the magic of the original. > The remixes from the 'Magnetic Gravity Arch Suite' always seemed unnecessary > to me... just like the remixes of 'Plastic Dreams.' > > On a side note, one image connected to 'Gravitational Arch of 10' that has > always stuck with me was when Richie was headlining one of the nights during > the Cyclotron series at Industry in Pontiac. Re: (313) Track ID (was Re: list members music and trance...)
The remixes are good, but they don't approach the magic of the original. The remixes from the 'Magnetic Gravity Arch Suite' always seemed unnecessary to me... just like the remixes of 'Plastic Dreams.' On a side note, one image connected to 'Gravitational Arch of 10' that has always stuck with me was when Richie was headlining one of the nights during the Cyclotron series at Industry in Pontiac. He'd played a killer set, it was 2am, and the club was trying to get everyone out, but Richie wanted to squeeze in one more track and you could here the intro to 'Gravitational Arch of 10' start to come up (this was right around the time it was released), and as it started to peak Industry cut the power to the decks... There was a sudden dull shattering sound and a few broken pieces of the Vapourspace 12" came raining down on the dancefloor.
