There appears to be a use of the sample by DJ Assault, but I can't find the actual release, only a mention on various DJ mixes. I have to confess to owning the CD below, so I can check tonight. (I only listened to it once or twice, ok?!?!?!?! ;-) http://www.discogs.com/release/14733 -Original Message- From: Martin Dust [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] Sent: 25 September 2006 08:53 To: kent williams Cc: list 313 Subject: Re: (313) din daa da doo doo http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EcX94DsMoc0 George Kranz Din Daa Da What is the track (or tracks) that samples this? Re: (313) din daa da doo doo
i think that it was sampled by '2 bad mice' on one of the 4 bad remixes 12 or the original 'hold it down' 12 (check out my stupendously hazey knowledge!!! http://www.discogs.com/release/33435 http://www.discogs.com/release/6117 but don't know where the sample came from. you sure it wasn't the original we are seeing there? Re: (313) din daa da doo doo
I'm also pretty sure it appears on the IntelliNet mixCD, The Story So Far during the second large segment For The Feet. It's all part of track 2 on the CD, but marked tracks 22-39 on Discogs: http://www.discogs.com/release/361630 Of course, I can't for the life of me remember which track had the sample and my copy of the CD is currently on the other side of the atlantic. Anybody else familiar with this mix? LMGM

Oh yeah, so they are http://mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF218105-01-01-03.mp3 I suspect the track that people are thinking is a sampled version is the original. It still stands up today imo. robin...
