RE: (313) speaking of the 303
How come the filter doesn't work sometimes? Anyway, whatever, I've nothing really against swearing. The only thing I'd suggest is that we try to keep things civil between us. I had always thought the mc202 was a bit more desireable than the 303. thats what everyone needs. -Original Message- Date: Tuesday, August 03, 2010 9:33:57 am To: Three-One-Three 313@hyperreal.org From: KiDD*e 3...@qui-design.fr Subject: Re: (313) speaking of the 303 Has someone once said ?Everybody needs a 303? ? (313) speaking of the 303
Heard the new single from American R n B/pop artist Ne-Yo today http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2J2dwFVZHsY and it features a full-on 303 as soon as the song starts and then throughout pretty much the entirity of the song (save the chorus). Other than the 303 usage in a song that is going to be heard a lot worldwide due to the popularity of the artist in question, the interesting thing is that there is a big ol' page of info available on the song itself but absolutely no mention of the 303 (just big filler sweeps and trancey keyboard lines): http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Beautiful_Monster Perhaps someone with the knowledge would update the wiki page so that readers would at least know what they are listening to?
