RE: [313] Adult 7

2002-03-16 Thread Pryor, Ryan N
Taken from the ADULT. interview on www.technotourist.org

ADAM: We have written a new, exclusive track for the label. Sovent from the
Suction label has remixed it, then Phoenecia from Schematic is remixing that
without hearing our version and finally Alder Elius from Skam are going to
remix Phoenecia's version without hearing the other two.
NICOLA: So by the end there's probably not much of our track left.

I found the new 7 a bit disappointing. One of the tracks, modern
romantics, is an (imo) inferior mix of a plasma co. song and the other
one just didn't catch me.

But then I also heard a 12, which i think is also new (i don't own it,
someone played it for me) and it was outstanding! It had a Solvent remix,
the original track, and one or two other remixes as well.

it may start a new craze for electro line-dancing! I liked it, but its not
 their best by a stretch.
My copy of Every Dog #3 also arrived, and on first listen it just about
justifies the outrageous price tag. It pretty much carries on from the
previous volumes - definite shades of R=R in there
