Can anyone out there help me ID the track which Derrick May plays 25 minutes into his DEMF 2000 mix. It's a really funky track with latin vocals. He's been playing it for years. Thanx, Trainspotter (aka Chris)

I remember talking to Derrek Carter and he metioned that he sang on most of his tracks so I would think that he sang the Teddy Pendergrass bit. EH? do you mean the first part... at 25 minutes he is mixing "hayden andre - tribal life (org. hardcore tribal mix)" on strobe, with "dj rush - look and see (1-2-0 max) original mix" on pro-jex... I don´t hear any latin vocals in there.. so you maybee are talking about the second part of the mix there he is mixing a cut up of "o´jays - i love music"... you wanna know what it is? man.. should I tell? The track you are talking about is "sound of k - silvery sounds" .. it´s the original mix.. released on f communication in limited quantities? F087 I think.. F087R is a technasia remix.
