Actually i believe the years remaining on the contract
are this year and next. Three years on the full.

I thought it was 3 so we have 2 years left untill the contract needs to be 
renewed.  With the money and people that the festival generated I don't think 
the city will have a problem approving it for years to come unless major 
problems arise but last year with that large of crowd had very little 
problems arise
