Recently Groovetech's had to make a number of difficult decisions to ensure
that it continues to move forward.

As with any business, it's essential that we generate revenue in order to
keep our doors open. When times get tight, all companies must focus on
increasing revenues or decreasing costs. Lately we've been doing a great
deal of both.

Out of this reality came the decision to close the San Francisco radio
station. We chose GTRadio SF, in addition to the other internal cuts we've
made recently, based on economic factors and its ability to directly
generate revenue. Whereas we have headquarters and warehouses in both
London and Seattle, the decision was based purely on finances and
practicality, not our commitment to supporting one musical community over
another.

We are, however, very pleased to announce that GTRadio SF will remain open
thanks to the HUGE outpouring of support from the station's global fan base,
and the San Francisco DJ community who will be donating their time and
effort to keep the station open. It is the SF DJ community to whom you
should express your gratitude; they are the ones who have given it its heart
and soul since day one. They are the ones who have now made it possible for
the station to continue to move ahead.

All of us at Groovetech want to take this opportunity to thank the
listeners, DJs and customers who have supported us over the years. We also
want to ensure we continue to progress toward our goal of bringing you the
best electronic music in the world. The best way to help is by ordering a
few records or CDs from the Shopping section of the Groovetech site. This
not only supports Groovetech, but also all the DJs and artists who are the
backbone of the global electronic music community.

Once again, thank you for all your comments, feedback and support.
