KDJ9: U Can Dance If U Want 2 2x12" has Prince's influence all over it, methinks. As far as finding it, there were rumors of an imminent KDJ back catalog repressing. If these rumors are true, he'll hopefully do KDJ1, 2, 8, 9, and 11, which are particularly scarce, and do KDJ3 with the (awesome) B-side as well. Why this label isn't kept in print ala UR/Transmat is somewhat beyond me, considering the large demand and great material.
On another note .... having never heard/seen the Moody Traxx EP (KDJ1), I'm wondering if anyone on this list can tell me the tracklisting for it, and if it is/isn't the same as Grassroots 005 (The Moody Mann EP). All you Europeans with this record dusting in your crates now have your chance to be of assistance. Matt
