It should "IT WAS hardcore" not "IT IS hardcore" UR has moved on since then and diversified their sound. Sheez, haven't you listened to any UR releases since 92 or something. That sound is in the past.

Just because some is filed under a certain category in a magazine doesn't absolutely make it genre X. Music doesn't always fit into nice pigeonholes. Think of those sections as best fit.
