I agree the main title track on -the stand is a bit much for my lactose intolerant dj sets . It reminded me of dave clark's compass record on gigolo, I hate that record. I do enjoy the inside cut on the flip side, a more downtempo number that I can work into a deep house set. Yeah, but I didn't think it was all that. It's the hi-NRG bassline I couldn't live with. Haven't heard the album yet, though. BUT, on the Pullen tip, Virgin just announced that a new Stacey P single, 'Vertigo', will be released here (UK) on 12th Feb. Two tracks: 'Vertigo', comes as album version, radio edit and 4 Hero mix, and 'Juke', with album version and Dave Angel mix.
