I now quote from http://www.selekta.com/profiles/saundersonbio.asp :

To date, INNER CITY have had 12 Top 40 hits in the UK, as well as having
had two Top 20 albums, with combined sales of more than 6 million. Inner
City have also achieved many awards for outstanding accomplishments, such as
being voted the 'Best Dance Act in the World' by DMC in 1989 and 1992. Inner
City have also received 4 Gold singles, 1 Gold Album and 1 Platinum Album.

The real question is: which singles and albums did what?

It ain't the size that matters - it's how you use it.

I am too. Dan Sicko I think had some figures in Techno Rebels... Dan?

Also there's a pressing of Reese color of love on Giant/Warner Bros. that has
a Juan mix, a couple UR mixes, etc. ANy idea how big that run was? I think
there were like 6 mixes on this thing...

also wonder what kind of sales Guy Called Gerald's LP on Virgin did...
Automannik ? Carl Craig and Derrick May got 'additional production' credits on
a few tracks on there...

actually I think cybotron's 'clear' might have sold the most for a single 12 ?
 anyone?

2003-05-01 Thread Phonopsia
If I'm not mistaken, TP's Love's Got Me High had sales of over 100,000 in
Europe. I assume the KMS stuff is more, but that might be a benchmark.
