 I noticed on Discogs that there is not a third release listed for Shakes
 label. It skips from 002 to 004.
 Was this catalog # skipped? Didn't receive a proper release?

As far as I know there is no 003 - I've never seen it and I have all the
other Frictional releases... If Shake's lurking on the list maybe he can
confirm?

Yeah, I think it was pretty widely available at the time and shouldn't be
impossible to track down...

I think an early frictional label test pressing came out that was completely 
hammered... i mean messed up.  I'll have to doublecheck but I think there might 
have been one white that was improperly pressed and then just scrapped??  I 
could be completely wrong.  If so, I will disavow any knowledge of this 
transmission.  ;)
