for a slight less of a euro techno or larkin or may event, isnt the
skate park party with kdj supposed to be pretty good. not sure. i
still want chunky music and am unsure if it gets too soul and not
enough bass.

I can't recommend the soul skate enough. Regardless of your musical preferences 
it's a great party - something everyone should experience if they have any 
interest at all in where the music we love comes from. Plus you get to see Amp 
rollerskating...

I totally agree with dan on this one. This party has lots of positive
energy that I have never ever experienced ever, everyone comes out for
this party (whether they are electronic music heads or not).

As someone who has been stuck on cleanup crew for plenty of DIY
parties, I can say those people cleaning the plaza deserve a huge
medal.  Picking up a few days worth of collected raver-goo is nasty
business.

too soul?!?!?!?! how is that possible? Soul Skate last year was
awesome, i'll be back this year.
