I always thought that Loue Asten was just another pseudonym for Patrick
Pulsinger and Mario Neugebauer and that Louie Asten was just some kind
of a Cheap Records joke?

Someone I know did the AR for this Louie Austen project. Louie is an old
crooner and 100% genuine!
Straight up.

I was gonna say that if that was true that Pulsinger must've been older than
I thought, and have rubbed shoulders with Dean Martin in his time.

Who was that Louie Austen collaboration with that had a vocal something
like, I was told, you were my angel. And I was told, you would be mine.

Amazing track to me that.

far though. Patrick Pulsinger is just a very diverse talent.

annoying.

RE: (313) Patrick Pulsinger

2003-04-08 Thread Matthew MacQueen
 he's always been into jazz.

another great example of Pulsinger effectively working techno and jazz flavors
has to be the track City Lights on Dogmatic Sequences vol. II... on Disko B
if I recall. Came out mid to late 90s. I always still play this track, the
version with the stand-up bassline, and really lush strings.. very original
sounding tune. It's got jazz influences by I wouldn't describe it as Jazzy
if you know what i mean.. that word doesn't even do it justice. A true deeper
sounding influence in his electronic music, esp. in the percussion. Just a
brilliant, timeless track.

peace
