The thing about Titonton Duvante is that he will start his songs with a
broken beat and then transition into a 4 on the floor beat. The transition
is usually quite smooth and fits what he is doing well.
Adult does the same thing quite a bit on the records of theirs I have. What
I like about the way they do it is when the just slam into that 4/4. It
really gets the song and energy going. If I was a DJ, or a respectable one,
I would play their stuff out all the time. The thing is I don't know many
people in San Diego who know the difference between Adult and Icey. that is
pretty bad...
