There are a couple of Technasia tunes that start off with a killer electro beat and turn into nice textured techno. Here are a couple to try and listen to: "Motion" - is most likely the tune you are talking about, as it has a real Detroit feel to it, and has good strings ala Red Planet. Also try "the Declamation" - as it has an incredible buildup of crazy noises with some weird vocal noises. Technasia truly have a sound of their own. "The Force" was a big favorite around these parts, but not my favorite. "Themes from a Neon City" has an aggressive techno beat that turns into a REALLY slow Electro tune and then works back into the original fast paced techno again, and "Hydra" has a very nice tune as well.
