are the seven inch records that submerge is offering worth the money??? i
guess they have a b-side that isnt printed on the 12 INCH... i kind of
reluctant to buy them because 7 inch records sound like crap. what are
the b sides like???
i dunno what they sound like yet, altho i ordered a couple.
i tend to agree with you that 7" recs don't sound as good as 10/12"..but
it's definitely not a rule.
a friend of mine has been getting into dancehall lately, which is almost
entirely released on 7" -- and they lack nothing, really deep bass and crisp
high's..i've been really impressed. dunno if the UR ones will sound that
good but here's hoping.
in any case, the quality doesnt really bother me at all anyways, i like the
slightly more raw sound and you can generally make it sound fine with some
eq on the mixer if you need to..it's really not much of an issue esp when
the music is dope imo
