Re: (313) Cyrus Remixes

Surely this is simply a case of there being another (trance) artist calling
themselves Cyrus, but not getting added as a separate artist on Discogs'
database...

Remixes by Moritz von Oswald and Mark Ernestus appear to be uncommon and

appear in somewhat dodgy context: 'Creamfields' double cd is bad enough but
'Trance Nation'?! Surely not?! And that was from 2000, so it's less likely
we are talking about a trance which we here, could still find something
worthwhile in ... incorrect information on discogs? Not unheard of ...

It's quite obvious that Cyrus The Joker are NOT BC!

Discogs is sh!t and there's loads of inaccuracies.
It's far more plausible that Discogs f***ed up, than BC having a trance record
out.

incorrect information on discogs? Not unheard of ...

they tend to get smaller artists with the same/similar names
confused with the more popular ones. for example, on dan
bell's DBX page you can find releases and remixes by D.B.X. the
UK garage producer.

they are really not so accurate as you hoped they would be... and when you
even try to correct things, you get annoying remarks like not valid info
etc etc etc
